DNA can by issolated from procaryotic cells, frozen procaryotic cells or tissues. In the case of plasmids isolation, the first step is transformation of delivered plasmid into E. coli cells, its multiplication in bacterial culture and isolation from cells.

Delivery conditions: Results are usually available in three weeks from receipt order. Plasmids are supplied in the H₂O solution, including information about DNA concentration and its purity.
